RADICAL ROSE

The dry-down is where this really shines—that French rose absolu gets darker and almost smoky on my skin after an hour, and it lasts through a full workday without screaming. The organic farming angle made me feel a little better about splurging, too.

The rose here is dark and moody, not your typical girly floral — it lasts a solid 8 hours on my skin. I wish the bottle were a bit smaller for travel, but the depth of the scent makes it worth the splurge.

I usually go for lighter florals, but this rose centifolia has a real weight to it — almost smoky underneath the petals. The organic farming angle is a nice touch, though I wish the lasting power on my skin were a bit stronger for the price.
